Accommodations for Hunters, Sportsmen and Anyone wanting a “Get-Away”
Our Facilities and Pricing:
| Bunkhouse – Fully furnished. Clean linens on beds and in bath. Kitchen stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, Range, Refrigerator, Microwave. One queen bed, 1 twin bed, 1 full hide-a-bed, 1 twin roll-a-way cot. All share bath. VCR, but no TV (some movies available gratis). Small, cozy and clean, but not for large groups. | Rents for $60 per night, two night minimum visit is required. Comfortably accommodates 3 people. For larger groups please use our Farmhouse Lodge. |
| Farmhouse Lodge – Fully furnished same as above. 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 4 full beds. 3 bedrooms are private, 2 are shared. 5 bedrooms total. Shared bath. TV, VCR, Pool table, record player. Good for larger groups of friends, family. | Rents for $120 per night, two night minimum visit is required. |
| RV Hookups – We have 4 full hookups available (water, sewer, power) and one with electric only. Restroom, tub & laundry available in Farmhouse Lodge. | Prices are $12 per night for full, $10 per night for the electric only location.Weekly rates are $75 for full, $60 for the electric only location.Special hunter rates for 3 month Upland Bird season $300 (you leave your RV, you come and go all season, stay as many days as you like Oct.-Dec.) |
| RV Annual Hookup | $650 for the Year. Allows for Hunting season use and occasional visits through out the year. |
| Dog Boarding – Wire kennels, heated/cooled area for night times. We feed and clean for full board. If you are staying with us, your dogs are welcome no charge. Dogs must be under leashed control at all times around Community yard areas. Gun Dog Training with upland birds. | Board is $5.00 per day. You supply food.Dogs boarded for hunting season will be physically conditioned daily for an additional $5.00 per day. $125/week |
| Horse Boarding while you stay with us – Facilities are board corrals. Each pen has access to covered area. We clean, you feed. | Boarding is $10 per horse/night (individual pens). |
| RV Storage – no hookups. | $25 per month. |
